The process for public delegations to the Board is as follows:
- A request for a delegation shall be made to the Board's Secretary, at the Corporate Office in Stonewall (467-4742 or toll free 1-888-488-2299). Requests must be submitted in written form and include the following information:
- A brief explanation of the matter to be brought to the Board.
- The address and phone number of the applicant.
- Delegations shall be limited to a fifteen minute presentation.
- A group delegation shall have a spokesperson.
- The Board Secretary will contact the applicant in order:
- To inform the person of the date and location of the meeting.
- The time at which the delegation will be heard.
- Seek any additional clarification and / or detail.
