The goal of workplace wellness is to make our workplace a healthy place to be. It 's a team approach to creating a healthy, supportive work environment for all employees.

Workplace wellness can be related to a wide range of factors including, but not limited, to Workplace, Health and Safety, volunteer health practices and the culture of the organization.

Presently local worksite teams develop plans to promote wellness for their sites. Representatives from worksite teams and management attend a regional IRHA Workplace Wellness Group to learn and gain support from each other and to plan regional initiatives. Management also hosts workplace wellness discussions to further the achievement of workplace wellness.
